Modular Custom Plastic Pallets for Industrial Applications
The ASAP plastic formulation uses 100% post-industrial, extruded polyethylene plastic and other recyclable materials as the basis for an environmentally friendly plastic pallet that is water-resistant, chemical-resistant, UV-stabilized, and can withstand temperature ranges from ‐20°F to +140°F. The ASAP modular pallet lasts 200 times longer than wood pallets and is 100 times more rugged than one-piece plastic pallets.

The strength and durability of the custom modular plastic pallet are enhanced by 1/2″ diameter galvanized steel fasteners, which eliminate shear and pullout during use. Fasteners are countersunk to ensure a smooth pallet deck, preventing product damage often caused by nails backing out in wood skids. The modular design allows ASAP to produce any size or dimension pallet to meet customer requirements without the excessive tooling costs associated with one-piece plastic pallets.
